If you have not got a pincode within 10 minutes, follow these steps:

1. Check your spam folder. Sometimes email with a pincode is filtered by a spam filter.
2. Visit, click on Forgot Pincode. Insert your username and password and the pincode will be sent to your email and also displayed on the page. Clicking on the displayed link will automatically update the pincode. Remember that the credit is not accumulative. Do not enter new pincode if you still have non-expired one.
3. If you have any troubles open 24/7 online chat support from mytv. From menu of the application open contact->chat with support and ask for assistance.
4. Login to your Paypal account and check that the transaction went through successfully
5. Send email to Enclose your transaction or invoice id. The response will be sent within 24 hours.
